Encourage to dialogue

Respect that parents are busy people, who rather likes to involve themselves in interesting assignments

Give them assignments they can cope with without spending at great deal of time

If the club wants to set up a parent-committee, it must include some kind of  power

Make a tournament plan in order that all know when their child shall play

Make a transportation timetable to the courts in order so that every one knows when it is his turn.
