STRETCHING

When a training lesson or match is over it is important to remember to stretch. It prevents the muscles to retract and become unsupple - in worst case goes into cramp. The stretching is not a question about using 10 minutes on each exercise. If the exercise shall have the wanted effect each exercise must be held for 1/2 to 1 minute.
