ABOUT PERSONAL MARKING |
I guess this situation is known by all coaches. The team's
best player, who has bombed the opponent's goal to pieces gets a personal "overcoat".
The opponent's coach puts a personal marker on that player in such a way that he/she
does not get the ball and is out of the game.
Often that marked player takes
up a position far out on the court and looks pretty lonesome. Some chooses to play
4-2 attack and use the marked player as a Circle Runner. However there are ways
to deal with that problem. In this section I will describe some of those possibilities.
