Fast break - continue forward
A lot of players stop in their fast break attack when they have
passed the ball. In this exercise the goalkeeper throws the ball
to the player, who has a defending player at the center. The
player dribbles against the defender and about 1-2 meter before
contact the ball is passed the other attacking player. After the
pass the first attacking player runs outward (away from the second
attacking player) and around the defender and - by doing this -
comes behind the defender. The second attacking player can now
return the ball to the first, who continues against the goal and
shoots.
