The 3 helping players move, immediately after passing the ball to the shooter, backwards and make a screening.
The shooter is running in and performs a jump shot.
The screening players must take care not to make a faulty screening, that is running into the defence.
Many defenders will take down their arms when somebody are backing close to them which will give the shooter the room necessary.
