LB passes to CB, who has made an initial feint against the center defense.
CB moves to the left and passes the ball backward to the LB, who is running in in front of the center defense.
CR has in the meantime moved forward and puts a screening on the center defense.
LB continues running in eventually by use of a dribble and shoots.
