The players are placed as shown.
The 2 balls are held by 2 players,
who stands facing each other.
The exercises start and the ball keepers
performs a pressure against the center and passes slantly backwards
to the next player, who receives the ball while running forward.
After the pass the players move back to the starting position.
Moving backwards can be performed either:
