The ball is received and returned during running.
Ordinary-, sideway-, jump- and bounce passing can be performed.
The speed must be high and special attention must be directed to the fact, that the players must not stop or lower the speed in the catching of the ball.

Remember to train the passing to the left and to the right.
The distance between the lines is adjusted in accordance with the type of passing and the skill of the players.
