A big ball for example a medicine ball is placed on the center line of the court.
2 goal lines and 2 rear lines are made by cones and the players are divided into 2 teams with an equal number of balls.
Now the teams shoot at the medicine ball to make it roll over the opponent's goal line.
The shooters are not allowed to run into the medicine ball area but each team may point out a team-mate who may and can return balls lying in the area.
