Break through tackling

The player runs forward - sweep the defenders right tackling arm aside with left hand.
The defender will sway a little to the side and a shot is taken past right shoulder of the defender.

The exercise can also be performed in this way:
The defender kneels and the attacker pushes the defender aside with left hand on the defenders shoulder in such a way, that the defender falls.
When the sweeping is performed the left hand is moved forward and then in front of the body in such a way that the hand hit the defending right arm at the elbow.
The shot is performed by right hand moving over left arm.
