Training of jump shot

Place jump bars as shown.
One side contains 1 jump bar with a suitable height, which all the players can jump over.
The other side contains 2 jump bars.
These must not be so high, but have a distance between each other long enough so that all the players can jump across.
If there are no jump bars available, cones can be used.
One set standing up and 2 sets lying down.

Where the high jump bar is placed, jump shots are practiced.
Focus on the high jump.
Where the 2 bars are placed, length is the focus point.

Be sure that all the players can pass the bars, as accidents might happen if a player steps on a bar while landing.
The height and distance must be motivating for the jump and it is not the question whether they can or cannot pass.
If the players must be challenged with the long jump, a line on the floor can be used instead of the last bar.
Then the players can jump over the first bar and try to land behind the line
