Long pass with pressure- and helping player
The wing passes to the reserve goalkeeper and the outer wing starts running.
The reserve goalkeeper performs a long pass to the wing. When the wing catches
the ball the inner wing runs.
The 1st wing rounds the 1st cone, dribbles
to and around the 2nd cone and pass the ball to the teammate.
Now the wing
runs back against the goal and during the run she receives the ball from her
teammate.
In the meantime the 2nd wing has rounded the 1st cone and must
now prevent scoring from the 1st wing.
