Breaking through training
The exercise is made without ball.
The players tries in turn to pass the
defense using feints, body pressure, fast moves and so on..
If an attacker
succeeds getting into the goal circle, a point is scored and the attacking team
may try again.
Besides the 6 defending players the attacking team is
divided into teams of 3, who each have 30 seconds to attack.
Then a new team
of 3 takes over.
The defending team works with 2-3 attacking teams and then
a new defense team takes over.
All players must take their turn in both attack
and defense.
