Fitness shooting
	The first player starts running and takes the first ball by the wing position
	
The player must shoot from the outside of the cone. 
Then back to take 
	the second ball by the backcourt position, return to shoot - then the middle 
	ball - the opposite backcourt and at last the opposite wing. 
When the last 
	shot is performed, the next player starts. 
Speed is the keyword.
