Taping - Schlatter syndrome

tape
The purpose with this form of taping is to relieve the tendon hold.
The tape is placed under the knee upon the swelled point (the tendon hold). 1-2 windings can be placed. The tape must be placed tight so it presses hard against the tendon hold, but not so tight that it blocks for the bloodstream to the lower leg.
If the player gets a prickling feeling in the leg or a feeling of chillness the tape must be released.
