Protect your teammates

The catcher must try to touch a player, who is not in possession of a ball.
The players, who are in possession of a ball, must pass to that player, who is in risk of getting caught.
One or more balls can be used.
If more balls are used, the players must pay attention not to pass more than one ball to the player, who is in risk of getting caught.
The exercise demands breadth of view and the players must all the time run into position to be able to receive a ball and pass it quickly on to the player, who is in risk of getting caught, if the player is not able to receive a more easy pass from another player.
It is important that the catchers wear a shirt, which marks them from the other players.
When a player is caught the shirt is transferred to the new catcher. The catcher must not keep on standing in front of a player with a ball waiting for her to throw the ball.

More balls and more catchers can be used depending the size of the team.
