Wing/Backcourt cross on 2 positions
This exercise is performed by turns on the left and the right side.
LB passes
to LW, who is running in full speed.
LW makes a pressure on the inside of
the active defending R2 and passes backwards or sideways to LB, who makes a
cross behind LW and shoots.
Then the exercise is performed on the right
side
The wing runs after the cross back to the wing position or becomes a
backcourt player.
