Running in/Running out
Can be used against personal marking on a backcourt player.
The ball starts
with CB, who passes the ball to RB.
Then CB runs in between the defending
L3 and L2.
The ball is passed from RB to RW in order to give CB time
to run in and start her run against the marking R2.
When RB received the
ball, she starts a pressure and LB runs in against the center..
By this
the marking R2 will follow and should now be stopped by the screening CB.
The ball is passed from RB to LB, and CB, who - after the screening - has
started a rush against the empty place behind the defending R2 position can
receive the ball and shoot.
