Backcourt and wing movements
The 3 attackers are press players, who presses/piston moves against the
defense
and passes in the same rhythm.
The defending players must push forward and
mark the attackers and then return quickly sideways with correct movements of
feet to backup her teammate,
The play is done from side to side, and it is
possible to practice with 4 teams on the court.
The players must switch
being attackers and defenders.
Let the players try to defend on all the different
positions.
