A throws the ball to B. She catches and - without turning her body (the head must be turned) - she throws the ball backwards to C.
C catches and makes a sideway pass to D, who throws the ball to E.
Again - without turning the body - the ball is thrown backwards to F, who makes a sideway pass to A and so on....
