3-player acceleration against 2 defenders
Teams of 3.
The center player has the ball.
The team runs forward as
the center player throws the ball to the goalkeeper, who quickly picks up the
ball and pass it to one of the players (normally one of the wings).
Free
movement and passing is used.
The team must press the attack past the 2
defending players, who are placed between the centerline and the 9-meter throw
line.
They must defend as effective as possible.
The shot is free.
When the shot is taken, the next team starts.
Then all the teams have
taken a turn, the attack is performed in the opposite direction.
The players
take turns being the center player.
