RB runs over to the left and receives the ball from LB's helping player.
The ball is immediately passed to LW.
LW makes a pressure on the outside and passes the ball back to RB, who shoots on the 1st step.
LB runs over to the right and receives the ball from RB's helping player.
The ball is immediately passed to RW.
RW makes a pressure on the outside and returns the ball to LB, who shoots on the 1st step.

LB does not have to wait until RB shoots but can start when RB has moved past her.

The next players in the rows pass their balls to the helping players.....
