Defense running
Backcourt (or another position) runs sideways and touches the wing.
Then
quickly returning to block a shot from the player, who starts running when the
defender starts moving against the wing.
If the defending backcourt is too
slow to return and block the shot, it can be agreed that the attacker can attack,
when the defender reaches the wing instead - alternatively attack from a longer
distance.
Maximum 20 repetitions in the defense
