Playing for cross

 
The ball starts with LB, who passes to CB, who is running in.
CB passes the ball to the crossing LB, who shoots.
CB continues around the cone and receives a ball from RB.
CB continues her run around the next cone and passes the ball to the crossing RB, who shoots.
Then CB returns to her starting position.

The exercise is very demanding for CB, who must be replaced regularly alternatively keep 2 players on the center position.
