The team is divided in 2 on a badminton or 1/2 handball court.
The team, who is in possession of the ball, passes to each other using the rules in handball but without dribbling.
The opponents must try to capture the ball.
When a player has passed the ball to a teammate an assignment must be performed before she is in the game again.
For example: push ups, belly bending, jumps or running to the sideline.
