Short interval running

Cones are placed on the court as shown.
2 or more helping players can be used. In the example 2 are used.
1st player pass the ball to A and runs quickly against the 1st cone.
Then a change of direction is made against A, who passes the ball at the moment the runner faces A.
The ball is caught and thrown back to A, who follows the running player at the sideline.
New change of direction and a run against the next cone and so on...
When the last cone is reached, the runner gets the ball and she dribbles the ball against the starting line. A follows the runner.
Just before A's original starting position the ball is passed to A and the runner takes A's original position. A runs behind the starting line.
