Attack/Defense exercise
3 attacking players and 3 defending players are used.
The attackers
performs pressure play against the defenders.
The defenders moves forward
to tackle the attackers and back again.
The rules are:
If the
defenders manage to touch an attacker, who is still holding the ball, the
defenders get 1 point. The attackers must therefore move in and pass the ball
to the next attacker just before contact.
The defenders must move back to
the goal circle after each attack.
The exercises runs for a couple of
minutes, and points are counted.
Then the players change role.
Again
the exercise runs for a same couple of minutes.
Points can now be
compared.
