Cross behind in pairs

The players cross by turns behind each other, and as they cross in front of the second player they pass the ball backwards (with the thumb against the leg).
When the rhythm is in order a jump shot threat can be performed and the ball is passed backward (see Empty Hand) to the crossing player
The players must train on making the cross as wide as possible (2-4 m).
It will give a very powerful foot shift training.
