TRANSLATION INTO OTHER LANGUAGES
This homepage is made for Danish readers and made available in English too for
English readers. The latter must however accept my English skills, which surely
is not the best. Suggestions to a better English translation is welcome. I cannot
afford to have a professionel translator as the site is driven by myself without
financial support.
The homepage can however be translated into other languages
and if someone wants to participate, it is on a voluntary basis. The pages are made
for coaches in such a way that they freely can use and find inspiration on the pages
to do their job. The person or persons, who want to translate the pages must have
the same spirit: To make the pages available in their own language in order to help
coaches in their country.
BUT:
First of all the homepage will not be published before nearly all the
exercises (training and game) have been translated into the language in question.
Exceptions are the languages mentioned below. The section "The Coach" may also be
translated, but is not important in regard of the publishing.
It may seem aggravating that the translations are not published right away, but just like it is a hard work to translate the pages it is also a hard work making the translated pages and maintain a homepage in a language which comes to nothing.
If you want to participate in the translation, the procedure is as follows:
Send me a mail that you want to translate a section and to which language. You will then receive a Word-file with that section in Danish or English (your choice). When the section is translated, I will file it and send a new section of your choice unless you inform me that you cannot translate any more. By sending out sections it is avoided that 2 people translate the same exercises.
You can also choose to download a section for translation. Just click at the section you are interested in to download the English text. But send me a mail so I can note your name to that section. That is to avoid that 2 people translate the same section.
When translating single pages please inform the link which can be seen by clicking on the print-link at the bottom of the table. The exercises don't have to be translated word for word. The most important is that the exercise is understood and then described when translating.
When nearly all the exercises are translated, the homepage will be published
in that language and with reference to those, who have made the translations.
In the below table you can see, which sections have been translated or started.
| Sections with | have been translated. | |
| Sections with | have been translated by me and might need a better translation as I am no linguistic expert. | |
| Sections with | have been sent out to translators. Don't start translating these pages. | |
| Sections with | are partly translated, but there are still exercises, which have not been translated. Enrolment can be made. | |
| Sections with |

Languages, which are not mentioned here, but have your interest as translator, can be suggested by sending me a mail.
If you wish to enrol you can use the following mail addresses: werner@dragoerhb.dk or werner@fog-hansen.dk . You are also welcome just to translate a single page by using the links below the exercises.
