Is there an easy way to make diagrams and animations? Yes - there is. I have been contacted by SportCode and they have a program, which makes it easy and cheap to make diagrams and animations. And if the program is combined with SportPlanner, you will have almost everything you need to have control of the training, the players and the games.
SportCode, Inc is an European firm residing in Vrsac, Serbia. Their software has been made through inspiration from top european coaches, and their project managers are often coaches on a national level. Their software is widely used in Europe, and official by FIBA and other organizations. SportCode creates software to many different kinds of sport, but on this page focus is on Team Handball. Other sports can be seen through a link at the bottom of this page.
There are several components in SportCode's software. Besides their drawing- and animation software yoy will also find SportPlanner, with which you can plan and organize your total team handball program. SportPlanner can contain plans for exercising, single training passes, plans, observations and more and you can store valuable informations on each player and your team.
If you buy a product, you will be contacted by the supplier through a mail, which will inform you the Internet-address, from which you can download the software and you will receive a Key, which must be used to activate the software. The first time you use the software, you must be connected to the Internet.

SportDraw 4.0
is that drawing- and animation program I
have mentioned at the top of this page. With
this software it is easy fo create diagrams
and animations. The diagrams are easy to
save in sequences and these can be used as
web-pages, as pdf-files or MS Word files.
The animations can be saved as Flash-files or AVI-files and be placed on Web-pages. You can choose any color you want for the the players, movement lines as well as text. The courts are those used for Team Handball. Banerne - either full court or just a half court and also here you can choose which colour. As for the players you can choose round symbols or "persons" The "persons" can use 4 different positions of their arms and can be turned in any direction. The animations are created this way: First you create a starting position of the players used on the court. Then you press "New" and you will receive a new picture just like the previous. You now draw the players and/or the ball to a new position - again you press New and continue untill the exercise is finished. Annimationerne laves ved at du laver et startbillede af spillerne på banen. Herefter trykkes "New" og du får et nyt billede som det foregående. The players can move in straight lines or in curved lines. That's all. Export the exercise in that format you want (Flash-movie or avi-movie) and the animation is ready for presentation. You can see a couple of exercises HERE, which were made in a couple of minutes without any great education in the program.
It is not a professionel
animationprogram as the one I use for my
animations, bit it is very easy to wotk with
and much more inexpensive. |
