Warming up goalkeeper - stamina training

Full court - 2 goalkeepers.
The players start in one end with a ball>
each. One by one they start running against the opposite goal while
dribbling. When the 9-meter line is reached a shot is taken. After the shot
the ball is picked up again and the player runs to the opposite end and
shoots. Picking up the ball and then back again......
If 2 or more
players are closing on the goal at the same time, they form a line behind
each other and takes the shot one by one in such a way that the goalkeeper
don't receive more balls at the same time.
Depending of the stamina of
the players the attacks can be made 4-6-8 times.
The drawing only shows 1
player running, but 6-8 players can be in action at the same time.
