The player runs against the goalkeepers 4-meter  line, stops (down in the knee) and runs diagonally backwards to the place, where the goal circle line touches the back court line.
Then fast run against the players 7-meter throw line, stops and diagonally backwards to the corner.
Then the last sprint against the cone.
