Movement 8
A number of balls and cones are placed as shown.
The player runs against
the nearest ball, bends down in both knees and pick it up.
Then a high jump
with both legs are performed while holding the ball high in the air with both
hands.
When landing the knees are bend, the ball is placed on the floor
and the player runs against the next ball.
When all the balls have been
into the air, the player runs slalom around the cones.
